We ship worldwide! Standard shipping is free on orders over $30 USD (AUD $45 for Australian orders). For orders below the free shipping threshold, your shipping fee will be shown at checkout. Orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska have an additional $30 shipping fee.

🔁 RETURNS
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Eligible items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all original tags and accessories. Lucky boxes, discounted items, and gift cards are not eligible for return.
To request a return, email support@pupuland.shop with your order number before sending anything back. For eligible returns, the customer pays return shipping, and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
