Why did I receive an email saying my squishy is out of stock?
Oh no! Some of our squishies sell out super fast 🥺
Since each one is handmade in small batches, there’s a chance the item you ordered may go out of stock before we can update the site.
If this happens, we’ll email you right away to offer a refund or help you pick another design you love 💖

How do I keep my squishy clean and long-lasting?
To help your squishy stay cute and squishy for as long as possible, here are some tips! 💖
- Avoid heat & sunlight: Store in a cool, dry place (15–25°C/59–77°F) away from direct sunlight or heat to prevent melting or deformation.
- Play with it inside the bag: This helps keep it clean and dust-free, especially if you like taking it on the go!
With a little care, your squishy buddy will stay soft and happy for a long time! ✨

How to apply tattoo stickers?
Tattoo Sticker Application Instructions
1. Clean the skin with soap to remove oil or oily skincare products, and shave body hair if needed.
2. Cut out the chosen design along the edges.
3. Peel off the transparent film on the surface.
4. Place the patterned side face down on the skin.
5. Dab the backing paper with a wet cloth until it is fully soaked through.
6. Press and wait for 30–40 seconds, then peel it off and let dry; avoid rubbing.
7. Avoid water contact for two hours, and do not rub the sticker. You can apply powder to reduce shine.
How to remove tattoo stickers?
Removal method: Use medical alcohol or makeup remover oil to wipe it off easily.
How to avoid reflection?
1. Let the tattoo air dry naturally.
2. Evenly apply a small amount of anti-shine primer or moisturizer.
3. Lightly dust a small amount of setting powder over the tattoo.
After 24 hours, the design will oxidize and look more natural.
